Warping is an important index that affects the quality of products and assembly requirements. Taking the laser bracket as an example, the mechanism of the warping deformation of the injection molding is studied. By the orthogonal test, combined with Moldflow software, the mold flow analysis of the plastic parts is carried out. The experimental results show that the holding pressure plays a major role in the warping deformation, and the melt temperature and injection time are the second. The optimal solution of the product warp is solved by the method of range analysis. The optimal combination of factors levels is obtained, in order to reduce the warping deformation, improve the quality of plastic parts and achieve the assembly requirements.
