Defining approach to rational opto-electronic surveillance system towers placement

The problem of rational placement of optoelectronic surveillance system towers has been formulated in the article, efficiency of the existing system of opto-electronic surveillance has been assessed, the approach to rational choosing of the towers location based on cluster analysis has been proposed, the surveillance efficiency increasing when using the proposed approach has been shown.
