Comparison of Teacher Talents Education System Between China (Guangdong) and German

Germany's education is well-known in the world. This study is aimed at the German teacher education system, and compares with the current teachers education in China (Guangdong) to understand the advantages and disadvantages between China (Guangdong) and Germany teacher education systems. This study uses Bereday's four-stage comparison method to conduct three aspects of "pre-service education", "internship education" and "teacher qualification" for teacher training. The study found that the teacher quality training process of German teachers and students is rigorous, the teacher training period is long, and the student teachers have temporary civil service qualifications. The teachers have different titles. The trial period is two and a half to three years. The beginning teacher must pass the probation period to obtain permanent of civil servants, and teaching evaluation 4 to 6 years once. The results of the study can provide a reference for the teacher education institution or the education authority to plan education for future teachers.
