摘要

This article uses the phased array radar data to estimate burden surface shape. First of all, using weighted least squares method to estimate burden material line shape of the blast furnace; Secondly, b-spline interpolation method is used for surface fitting of three dimension blast furnace. Then, using VS2013/Qt5 as a development platform to develope a simulation platform for the blast furnace burden distribution based on the fitting method. Using the actual radar measurement data of a steel mill, confirmed the effectiveness of the method.
