New processes for new demands: (1) The industry trend is for more corrosion resistance and tougher technical requirements with more cosmetic appeal that is long-lasting as well as lower costs. (2) There are several processes available in the market that already meet these demanding requirements: Silver (1) A ONE coat silver base coats with >720h NSST resistance: - For reduced costs with good performance; - Combined with an advanced top coat giving >1,500h NSST resistance; (2) A reduced white rust base coat with long-term good appearance and outstanding NSST and CCT corrosion protection. (3) An advanced top coat giving excellent corrosion resistance: - Also for use with plated Zn and Zn/Ni coatings for even better results.
