A Cascading Conduit exists that is powered by the Scorecard and serves to move the business forward on a defined, non-negotiable cycle 3. A robust Pass Down process exists that can be validated at the end of each communication cycle 4. Meetings are viewed as "the Enabler of", versus an in "Addition to" the business
