Vocational High School (SMK) is a form of vocational education unit which has the task to equip students with adequate professional skills to be able to penetrate the job opportunities, even now many schools that educate students with independence for the self-employed. The purpose of this research is to test the significance of: (a) a direct relationship between the production units as edupreneurship with entrepreneurship mindset vocational students, (b). direct relationship between Dudi and vocational cooperation with entrepreneurship mindset vocational students. The research design uses a correlational study. This study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Model) to see the strength of the relationship between variables. Its population is SMKN East Java, the field of technology and engineering expertise contained expertise Mechanical Engineering program which amounted to 51 schools in 38 districts/ cities. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Respondents who researched many as 349 students. The results of this study are: (a) there is a significant direct relationship between the production units as edupreneurship with entrepreneurship mindset vocational students as indicated by loading factor of 0.07, the students are accustomed to working on the workpiece on the activities of the production unit is ripe ability to can open armed entrepreneurship after graduation of competence that has ever experienced, (b) there is a significant direct relationship between Dudi and vocational cooperation with vocational students entrepreneurship mindset which is indicated by the loading factor of 0.59 it is shown that more schools cooperate with Dudi then a lot of cooperation in the manufacture of components, training and employment opportunities are also obtained.
