Social networks are now one of the most studied structures in the area of information and knowledge exchange. Even in the field of education, it is possible to find examples of their formal or informal existence and therefore it makes sense to consider their deeper investigation and possible use for understanding the ongoing processes and potential support of teaching. This contribution shows the application of heuristic multi-agent simulation model of informal social network that exists between students and teacher of the same course, where the main purpose of the network is an exchange of knowledge. We will present the particular dynamics of relations development in several model scenarios.
