Since entering the new era, with the prosperity of the social market economy, knowledge of the use of scientific information showing a "big bang" trend has become even more intense competition for talent. The employment situation of the large number of college graduates face become particularly severe. Especially for teachers in all aspects, resources, students, etc. are not a predominance of private schools, it is a challenge and pressure.
