The results showed that: (1) the tradition of tumoyo was maintained by the community in Taraitak Village, North Langowan District, on the grounds that between landowners and cultivators needing one another, the community put forward consensus agreement even though in reality their levels of education differed. This is also because the level of income obtained is still relatively good and there are Minahasa customs and culture that are still maintained by some Taraitak people. The profit sharing agreement system is a form of collaboration carried out by the community since long time ago. The agreement for the outcome was carried out by two parties, namely the rice field owner and the rice field cultivator.
