摘要

This paper introduces a method to evaluate the health status for parts based on profust reliability theory. It analyzed the method and steps of using the method, which includes selecting evaluation indicators, partition of the system health status levels, determining the membership function, calculating the value and weight of the health status of each index, obtaining the state transition probability by the law of large numbers or Markov process theory, calculating the system health status value by profust reliability formula. Taking the CB-B10 gear pump as an example, it confirmed the feasibility of using this method to evaluate the health status of parts. This paper provides a method of health status evaluation, which broadens the way of health status evaluation for parts.
