LED light system based on red and blue has already been applied in the plant factory. However, the blue ray has damage effect on our eyes and skin. A kind of light system for plant factory based on LED with blue, red and green has been proposed to prevent the harm. The system uses STM32 as the main control chip, and adopts the PWM technology to regulate the LED light intensity. The system can automatically switch its working mode between manual operation mode and plant growth mode. The key difference between manual operation mode and plant growth mode is the existence of blue ray. When people appear in the working environment, the system will turn the mode to manual operation mode and weaken blue ray. The system can also combine the environmental parameters and the required illumination parameters of plant growth in different life cycle, give the plant good light environment. Furthermore, ZIGBEE technique has been used as network connection solution for large plant factory. In the experiments, all of them achieve good testing effects. The experimental results have shown that the system realizes the LED light system for plant factory on safety production.
