Nowadays, the new high-tech enterprises have become the mainstream of technological progress, innovation, and the marketing force in the process of development of high-tech enterprises are becoming increasingly important. This paper empirically proved the concept marketing force is a multidimensional rank structure, and it is constituted by 5 dimensions of 14 factors. Meanwhile, made an experimental study on the dimensions of the marketing force and the causal relationship between the enterprise performance and business growth. It has proved the action mechanism and effect of marketing force toward the growth process of new high-tech enterprises in start-up stage.
