Today, all kinds of natural disasters or risks result in very serious impacts on our lives, especially on mobile commerce and mobile finance because of their open environments. Therefore the risk operation and quantitative optimization of the mobile finance are discussed here. Firstly, on the basis of a self-organization model, a robust mobile finance system is built here. Secondly, a quantitative robust measurement tool based on entropy flow analysis is proposed from two dimensions of time robustness and space robustness. Then the risk control problem of mobile finance is described as a robust correlation coefficient matrix, by which the interaction mechanism of different risks can be analyzed. Lastly, the self-organization behaviour and coupling risk operation are discussed by a dynamics evolution simulation experiment. Results verify the quantity measurement of robust mobile finance and realize data visualization, providing a practicable risk management technology and tool.
