摘要

Tungsten fuzz is well known as a surface with a high unipolar arc ignition probability in linear simulators of thermonuclear machines, but its properties can be significantly changed during modification. Results of transformation of such fuzzy surface under xenon ion beam irradiation are presented. It was found that the transformation process goes without temperature increasing and it is not the only result of sputtering redeposition of tungsten.
