In wintertime, there is large amount of coal consumptions, especially from residential heating in northern China (Qu et al. 2010), which caused a longtime heavy pollution. To investigate the influence on aerosol properties, we presented columnar aerosol optical and physical parameter pre and after residential heating offering at Harbin, northern China in this paper. The method we used is the ground-based remote sensing which applied sun/sky radiometer (CIMEL CE318) measurement. It contains 8 band, including 0.34,0.38,0.44,0.5,0.67,0.87,1.02,1.64μm ( nominal wavelength)with 2-25 nm bandwidth. The observation site is located on the roof of Teaching building at Harbin Institute of Technology (45.8N, 125.7E). In this paper, we applied 2 month measurement (from 20th Sep,2014 to 20th Nov, 2014), which is each month for pre and after residential heating offering (20th Oct.).
