Solid-gas coupling simulation experiment in the lab is one of methods of studying on the law of relief methane migration.Development of new similar material is the basis of solid-gas coupling simulation experiment.Raw material was chosen that the one of key factors for solid-gas coupling simulation experiment.Different teams are confirmed from analyzing the characteristics of six type materials which is gypsum, putty, paraffin, oil, amylum, cement.Compressive strength experiment is carried out by different proportioning.The same compression strength of different proportioning from experiment result to carrying out some different experiments which are tensile strength at, elastic modulus E, brittle parameter E/λ and seepage velocity v.The raw materials are confirmed from above experiment results which are bone material as sand, cementing material as amylum and cement, solvent as water.Different proportions of similar material test-pieces have been made by the confirmed material (where is ACSWSGC new simulation material).The content of cement, the content of amylum, the diameter of bone material and frequency of dropping hammer have been chosen as affecting factors to carry out experiments between various influence factors and compression strength and permeability for discovering the law of each other.The equations of various influence factors and permeability are obtained by non-linear regression.At the final determination multi-factors control equation of permeability has been obtained from above several equations to quantification of multi-factor affecting on ACSW-SGC new simulation material.The new similar materials can be used in physically simulating experiment, which lays a foundation for the solid-gas coupling physically simulating experiment.
