Quantum dots and quantum cellular automata as a new type of semiconductor nano-materials have many unique nano-features. This paper we used two cells coupled quantum cellular neural networks constitute hyperchaotic oscillator, and proposed the unknown parameters adaptive modified function projective synchronization control laws and parameters update rules. Using synchronous matching principle, a multi-nary digital secure communication method was designed. Simulation results show that our quantum communication method has signal transmission large capacity, high security, extensible characteristics.
