According to the shortcoming of current financial early warning model, a early warning model considering the overall risk in the production and operation of enterprises was built. By comprehensive risk analysis, this early warning model can mining the fundamental problems existing in the company. According to the result of early warning, effective measures to avoid the occurrence of financial crisis can be taken.
