Ontology has many important applications in the field of information science, but the manual building takes so much time and energy that it will go wrong easily. Learning ontology from various documents by automatic or semiautomatic way is an effective way to solve this problem. The content in Web covers almost all disciplinary areas. In order to take advantages of this knowledge base fully, Web mining has made great progress in recent years. Integrated using ontology learning and Web mining to learn the domain ontology from Web, on one hand, can promote the research for them positively, on the other hand, can provide cheap, efficient, and high-quality ontology for relevant scientific research, domain applications, semantic Web and so on. In this paper, we analyze and discuss the learning method of ontology domain concept from Web in-depth, put forward the specific learning framework, and state the Web page processing, Chinese term analysis, synonyms processing, domain terms filtering and the learning of data attributes and instances of domain concepts fully and in detail. This paper has a good guiding significance for the building, enrichment, and filling of ontology.
