This paper conducts an empirical study to explore factors which influence E-learning behavior in an enterprise knowledge community. It makes reference to a number of existing scales to design the questionnaire. Based on surveying data, this paper makes a description statistical analysis, and reliability and validity analysis, then uses a structural modeling method to test models and assumptions. The results show that in the model of influencing factors of E-learning behavior in an enterprise knowledge community, learning motivation, learning style, E-learning system reliability, E-learning system availability, E-learning system security, knowledge complexity, trust and incentives have significant effects to E-learning behavior, but the effect of knowledge tacitness is not significant.
