Research on the construction of China's sports information resources sharing and literature security system

China's sports information resource has a long history. This paper introduces a system named "sports information resource sharing and literature guarantee system". In order to improve the utilization rate of sports literature in the development of sports scientific technology and construction of sports power in the new era. This paper uses literature and an information construction method. It discusses the necessity and feasibility of the system construction that can be unified sports information resources, unified information standard, and offer a profound information service. The sharing and security system should contain an organizational framework, operation framework and the basic framework. Each frame also contains a resources platform, management platform and application platform.
