摘要

Aleksandrovskoye project is distinctive because a new semiautogenous mill and a ball mill were installedon the basis of SAGDesign Test.The grinding flowsheet includes a semiautogenous mill operating in a locked cycle with a screen, and aball mill operating in a locked cycle with hydrocyclones (SAB).The plant was commissioned at its capacity of 750 000 tpa, having plans of increasing it up to 1 500 000tpa. Major valuable component in the ore is gold. The ores are highly refractory to grinding.In this paper testing results, mill operation analysis and conclusions about the compliance of the achievedvalues to target ones are considered. The accuracy of SAGDesign method applied to very hard ores ofAleksandrovkoye deposit is estimated as well.
