SAFETY VALUE PROPOSITION - SVP(PPT)

摘要

Over the last 15 years Comgas faced a series of challenges in order to establish a real Safety culture to its workforce considering a fast business growth by expanding its customer base in a pace of 100,000 new clients per year. A large number of expansion projects in Comgas concession area, diverse operations and work environments as well as workforce reaching 6,000 people nowadays from more than 30 companies plus Comgas direct employees, have catalyzed the development of series of programs and initiatives. In order to maintain Safety on the top of the management agenda, specific programs have taken place in the last years to support improvement of the HSSE Management System and to contribute with the primary goal: Zero Injuries and High Performance.
