Since the reform and opening up, reform of the economic structure and social structure has brought about profound changes in labor relations.There is a significant increase in mass incidents that were caused by labor conflicts in recent years.Mass labor conflicts occur frequently gradually lead to social and domestic circles concerned.Therefore, this paper analyzes the causes of conflict between labor and capital in China from labor remuneration, labor contracts and lift changes and diversified demands of the new generation of employees.This paper proposed countermeasures mainly from the micro-perspective of human resources.
