摘要

In the present article, we wish to point out how Mooli Lahad's method of the Six Part Story-Making can be used in order to activate inner resources, and to help the child differentiate himself from his conflicting parents. We started from the central idea that, through creating a personal story as method of assessment and therapeutic intervention, we can understand the types of resources and coping styles of children. The first part of the paper will present the results of a comparative study between the type of resources identified in the stories of 20 children coming from recently divorced families, and the stories of 20 children coming from intact families. The second part of the paper will present two case studies in which we were able to set the therapeutic objectives starting from the Six Part Story-Making Method.
