摘要

High temperature was an restrictive factor for tree peony growth and distribution in the world. In this study, we identified a heat shock transcriptor PsHsfB1 from our tree peony gene database. Further analysis revealed that the PsHsfB1 was sequence conserved and closely to Hsfs in others plant species. Gene Ontology annotation revealed that the PsHsfB1 was correlated with theromotolorance of tree peony.
