Creation research of the reference value in blood chemical analysis-Prepare for IT era

This research is aimed at improving accuracy so that the measurand of blood chemical analysis (BCA) can be assurance. A target is the accuracy assurance of clinical laboratory data that can respond to IT era of the medical information. And IT era is a time of evidence base medicine being completed. ISO make the ISO-GUM as international guidance for measurement data analysis. The medical field also started examination that ISO-GUM used for accuracy control of BCA ISO-GUM make a consensus reference value of working level which can be used for clinical routine test and an exploratory investigation is utilized for cause of uncertainty problem,
