摘要

Robust parameter design is often identified as one of the most effective engineering methods for continuous quality improvement. When more than one quality index is considered, multi-index conflict is a problem that must be solved for parameter design. Benefiting from satisfactory control and the consistency analysis theory, this paper proposes satisfactory parameter design. Firstly, the ranges of index and constraint are defined according to the actual situation. Then, we analysis the index and constraint, and design the relaxation strategy. Finally, satisfactory set is obtained through consistency analysis. The proposed method can provide satisfactory set for quality improvement and is more reliable than the traditional methods.
