摘要

This paper presents a novel automatic parking hrake(APB) system.Firstly,the basic structure and functions of the automatic parking brake(APB) system are introduced.After the analysis of the mathematical model of each component in this system,the control system model of this automatic parking brake system based on Simulink is huilt up.Then three major functions of this system which include automatic parking brake,assist drive-off on hill and emergency brake are introduced one by one.The simulation results showed that,during the process of automatic parking brake,the car can be stopped and stand still automatically according to the driver's parking demand.And the car will drive-off without jolts and back roll when leaving on hill.The simulation results are the basis of future application of this novel automatic parking brake system to a real car.
