Research of Shot-Peening Effect on Hot-Stamping Square-Cup Parts of Advanced High Strength Steel for Automobile

Because the widely use of Auto lightweight,more and more people are familiar with hot stamping technology.And the post-treatment of hot-stamping part becomes more and more important to improve the surface quality of parts.The square-cup part was selected as a typical part,and the measuring methods of forming accuracies for square-cup part were presented.Besides,the effects of processing parameters on forming accuracies and mechanical properties of hot-stamping parts were obtained from the shot peening experiments of post-treatment,such as time of shot peening,fineness of sand and so on.This will expedite future application of hot-stamping technology in efficiency evaluation for modern automobile and other relevant domains.
