The synergetic development analysis on China's new energy automobile enterprises diversification strategy - BYD as an example

In this paper, taking the automobile enterprises BYD as the research target, based on the basic theory of synergetic development, the author constructs the new energy automobile enterprise products synergetic development quantitative evaluation model, analyses the diversification strategy of automobile industry based on selected indexes vertically, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions, in order to provide the theory support for the reasonable layout of the automobile industry and making the benefit for the enterprise, and to provide theoretical basis and decision-making reference for more effective implementation of diversification strategy of new energy automobile enterprises of our country.
