Chinese martial arts comprehensive towards the world, that makes the internationalization of martial arts is obvious, Taijiquan spread is the important component of martial arts internationalization spread. At present, the international to learn Taijiquan from Chinese has three main ways: one is to come to China to learn Chinese Tai Chi Boxer; second, the Chinese Tai Chi Boxer go overseas teach them; third, living overseas Chinese Tai Chi Boxer teaching them. Along with the international spread of Taijiquan, the traditional teaching method meets the bottleneck, in the international Tai Chi Boxer communication field is mainly divided into two categories: one is the professional coach and teacher, the other is folk boxer. Professional coach or teachers in teaching, technology think of the important of specification but folk boxer tend to teaching, due to the language barrier; the two methods are difficult to fit the international Tai Chi enthusiasts of Taijiquan culture and technique of the roots of appeal. In this context, based on Taijiquan self rule on teaching reform attempt. This article puts forward the two steps and four stages of teaching methods through experimental study, The two steps refers to pattern teaching and teaching style molding; The four stages is the interpretation of single movement method, the training between two students, action teaching method and in the second step of the reform of personal characteristics. Studies show that two step four sections teaching method for foreign students in the short term to correctly grasp of Taiji boxing, laying a good foundation for further study of Taijiquan culture and various schools of techniques.
