A New Model for Measuring Human-Smart Machine Interface Quality

摘要

Quality of the user interface is becoming the most influential factor for most users when selecting smart gadgets. So far measurement of the user interface quality is mostly done by surveying users. Although the polling method is still an effective method which reflects opinion of the users, it is subjective in its nature. In this study, a model developed is presented which may provide an objective way of providing feedback about the quality of man-machine interface.
