This paper discusses a PD (Proportional and Derivative) feedback loop design method from single-shot input and output data based on FRIT (Fictitious Reference Iterative Tuning), and also discusses an estimation method for the process model and a design application for a MD-PID (Model Driven) control system and a TDOF (Two Degrees Of Freedom) PID control system. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the approach.
