91.1 Introduction In several countries, Higher Education (HE) is still largely operating with long-established teaching modes such as large classroom-based delivery, which dates back centuries [1]. Historically, teaching was only provided to the gifted few, and now formal learning has become a primary necessity for everyone in the modern world. This has resulted in the requirement for HE to emerge with diverse teaching strategies in order to meet the learning style and academic experience preferred by the ever-growing student population [2, 3]. Together with the global economy and the advancements in technology, the education service sector of today is flooded with heavy competition due to countless HE providers springing up worldwide, which calls for scrutiny of their educational standard and service quality [4, 5].
