摘要

The possibility of creating the copolymers capable of specific interactions with DNA was studied. The copolymers of acrylamide and synthesized N-substituted acrylamides were obtained by free-radical copolymerization in aqueous medium. Using atomic force microscopy it was demonstrated that some of the obtained copolymers form molecular complexes with the bacteriophage lambda DNA. Potentially, the copolymers can be used for detection of DNA in sensing applications.
