The analyzing of aerial photograph is showing the erosion and accretion in up-drift side of Sendai Port breakwater. The quantification of sediment movement in volumetric calculation using the equation of One-Line model indicate the existence of back and forth shoreline movement in that area. The role of river mouth as sediment supplier and boundary of study area together with breakwater also indicate in this study.
