Based on the large space factory fire experiment, comparison of fire simulations was researched. A large space fire experiment was done in Huang Shan industrial park. In the study, the temperature of the smoke layer above the fire source was selected as the research object. Then the regional model and field model were established separately. And fire simulations respectively based on the two models were carried out .The results of the simulations were consistent with the experimental results with less 10% relative error. However, the temperature of the regional simulation was higher than the temperature of the field simulation. In the permissible error, both the two simulations can be used for the prediction and testing of the projects.
