Algorithm of time step evaluation for numerical solution of boundary value problem for parabolic equations

In this work the algorithm of automatic time step evaluation for solving the boundary value problem for parabolic equations is proposed. The solution is obtained using evaluation approach and fully implicit schemes. The time step evaluation formulas are derived on the basis of the approximation error estimation at next time step. Reliability of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated using the model problem calculations.
