The Time, Phases and Selective Attacking in the Crowd Movement Moblization

It is lack of organization and creed among almost the crowd movements in China. Almost all of the crowd movements explain characteristic of raging. The lasting time of the crowd movements is swift and violent. To the happening of the crowd movements, the time is in favour of the public power. But when a crowd movement become a fact, the time is in favour of the sponsor of the crowd movement. Two kinds of mobilization decide the development of a crowd movement, which are advance mobilization and proceeding mobilization. The two kinds of mobilization produce three kinds of relation network, that is to say, virtual network, communication network and facing to facing network. It can control the destroying aftermath through the selective attacking which would destroy the three kinds of network, and make the crowd movement suspending. However, the selective attacking can destroy a crowd movement, but it cannot solve the producing root of the crowd movement. The public power must make good policies to safeguard the all people's rights.
