The new legislative changes in Greece concerning the limited partnership

This study will attempt to analyze and interpretate the regulations of the new Greek Law 4072/2012 which is relative to the operation of the limited partnership. For the first time after many years, the Greek legislative parliament proceeded with an enactment of specific ordinances that will regulate significant subjects of these companies and the dominate issue of the role of the limited company. Specifically, there is an attempt to approach the special legislative law relevant with the liability of the limited partnership, the limits of the action of exercising a deed and the consequence of the action against the third party and other members of the company. Finally, there is a comparison of the force of the new legislative framework and the previously applicable law, quoting the substantive conclusions and the analyzing of the impact of the new corporate provisions in the field of entrepreneurship in Greece.
