Comparative analysis of the national context, the demand for treatment and its delivery of drug users in Romania and other european union member states

In the present approach we used to review research type of support systems for drug users in European Union Member States, especially using the Internet as a data source. Methodological principle that guided the data analysis and interpretation was that the circuit attracting drug assistance for social rehabilitation and development assistance services depend on the measures adopted at the state level functionality and monitoring systems.Documentation on the analysis focused on three research in the eleven EU countries (Portugal, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Finland, France and Romania). The data shows a high degree of uniformity, making it easy comparabile. The three dimensions analyzed and presented are: 1) the national context, 2) application of treatment and 3) Providing treatment.
