The purpose of this research was to design blended instructional with activities using information technology in Instructional Systems Development subject. The experiment will combine both traditional teaching methods along with activities in teaching, which include doing exercise, doing homework, researching and analyzing of conceptual framework. The sample group were 34 graduate students in Computer and Information Technology department from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi who registered to the Instructional Systems Development course. The result of experiment found that the achievement of students increased compared to prior study and the student has satisfaction that blended instructional with activities using information technology.
