Implantation failure – Possible role of chemical substances inIVF culture medium

Synopsis Exact exposure amounts of several chemical substances in prenatal period were detected. Byestablishment of a simple and sensitive method using mouse ES cell to assess epimutagen, it was demonstratedthat several chemicals can induce significant alteration of epigenetic profile. Ten to 100 times higher amounts ofseveral chemicals were detected in IVF culture media.
