摘要

This paper presents a fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm for the multi-channel temperature control system of injection molding machine. The article describes the structure and control rules of fuzzy adaptive PID controller and the hardware and software implementations of the temperature control system. The experimental result shows that the system's temperature control method has a good control effect on such kind of time-varying hysteretic complex temperature control system of injection molding machine, and it can finally reach the temperature control accuracy of ±1°C within the measuring range of 0~400°C.
