The Influence of Oil Density and Viscosity on the behavior of a Lithium Niobate Tuning Fork Cantilever

This paper analyzes the stress-strain behavior of a LiNbO_3 cantilever operating in length-width flexure mode and the corresponding effect on electrical input impedance as a function of oil viscosity and density.
