Based on the current situation of the government's public affairs management model and features of the presentation, analysis and study of Internet-based government public affairs management system design, the design of the system Unified Modeling Language (UML) to establish requirements analysis model to B/S mode for the system implementation platform, which studied the method for the production of multimedia courseware management subsystem, as well as managers in order to check the management of master degree, also studied the expansion Tutor system and random examination system.
