Design on Book Sorting Device Based on the TRIZ Theory

摘要

Due to the shortage of domestic and foreign books sorting machine, the innovative design for the book sorting device is carried out with a small volume, low cost, high efficiency characteristics by using TRIZ theory. The sorting device consists of lifting platform device and trolley rail unit, and it greatly reduces the size and cost of production and sorts books into 22×9 categories, so it has larger applications prospect in college library. Research and application of TRIZ theory in mechanical product innovation design has a very important theoretical and realistic significance.
