摘要

Compensation management is a central content of human resources management in modern enterprise. With the increasing changes of inside and outside business environment of the enterprise, it has flung down a bigger challenge to compensation management. It has a vital significance on how to motivate the employee through innovation in compensation management. This article being incentive-oriented,proceeding from reality and integrating theory with practice put forward four aspects of innovation in compensation management and those were innovating the idea, the goal, the strategy and the system of compensation management. It effectively motivates the employee and achieves sustainable development of modern enterprises.
